FLAVORS –

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. MIX THE TEA BAG WELL, then weigh out the desired dose (every 5 grams of tea mixture will contain approximately 1 gram of mushroom). 1 gram bags (small size) come PREMIXED
2. Steep the tea in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain the tea leaves/mushrooms.
3. Add honey or another flavoring and enjoy!

As a novice user, I found this to be a very potent tea!! No complaints – it was an amazing experience. (Be careful you don’t steep the Lavender for longer than the directions state – it’s a very harsh flavor when steeped for too long.)

I got the Lavender – nice tasting tea first of all! Very intense trip that renewed me totally! Closed eye visuals that would change with the music I was listening to, so beautiful. I enjoyed the cinnamon as a bonus tea more than what I originally bought (gaia garden) because I made the mistake of consuming even the slimies because i wanted a more potent experience ahahaha. But its okay, it was definitely making me nauseated but my vision was different. I think i will try a different edible next time. Thanks!
